Job Description

Premiere Staffing Services Inc . is currently hiring Farm Workers for a client in the Whately, MA area. This position involves cultivation and production work on a marijuana farm in both indoor and outdoor environments. Must at least 21 years of age

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Mandatory overtime as needed

Pay Rate:

Starting at $18.00/hour

Job Duties:

Assist with cultivation and production processes Work both indoors and outdoors depending on daily needs Plant care, harvesting, packaging, and general farm duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Follow all safety and compliance procedures

Requirements:

Reliable transportation is required Previous farm or agricultural experience is a plus Must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced environment This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being part of a growing industry.
