Storm Duds, the leader in NCAA, MLB, MLS and promotional product umbrellas and rain ponchos located in Attleboro Mass has a position open for a Heat Transfer machine operator. This energetic position involves operating a Heat Transfer Press, and supporting various stages of the printing process. If you're passionate about quality, detail-oriented work, and love sports, and eager to contribute to our production team, this opportunity is perfect for you! You'll be part of a collaborative crew dedicated to excellence in print production. Duties Operate light heat transfer equipment with precision, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules Monitor machine performance during operation, making adjustments to maintain quality standards and minimize waste Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to verify color accuracy, registration, and overall print quality Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and proper equipment handling procedures Collaborate with team members on troubleshooting machine issues and optimizing production efficiency Requirements Prior experience or familiarity with Heat Transfer presses a positive. We will train the right person. Strong attention to detail with excellent quality control skills Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting .
