This position supports daily production activities, assists with cabinet assembly and finishing, maintains quality standards, and helps ensure an organized, safe, and efficient work environment. Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily manufacturing and production operations.
  • Cabinet assembly, preparation, and finishing processes.
  • Organize materials to keep production running efficiently.
  • Read and follow work orders and production instructions.
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Package, label, and prepare completed products for delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures (PPE provided).
  • Assist coworkers with production tasks as needed.
  • Update and maintain production records and ERP data when required.
  • Provide support to the Production Manager and assist with production oversight when necessary. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic math and measuring skills, including the ability to read a tape measure.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality. Comfortable working with hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
  • English required; bilingual is a plus.
  • Experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or manufacturing is preferred.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. Benefits
