Job Description

Manufacturing Operator responsible for product assembly, inspection, testing, equipment operation, and material processing in a manufacturing environment. Requirements High school diploma or GED Ability to follow operating procedures and work instructions Ability to read and comprehend written instructions Ability to comprehend verbal instructions Computer familiarity Ability to troubleshoot production issues Ability to visually inspect products during production Ability to perform initial product conformity testing Ability to follow

2015 procedures Ability to follow 5S procedures Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to sit or stand as required for assigned work Ability to work assigned shifts Ability to work required overtime Consistent and punctual attendance Preferred Skills Manufacturing experience Industrial setting experience Clean room experience Experience with product assembly Experience with production inspection Experience with production testing Experience operating manufacturing equipment or tools Experience with material or component processing Experience participating in continuous improvement projects Responsibilities Perform product assembly tasks according to production schedule requirements Inspect products during production stages Test products for initial conformity Operate equipment and tools used in production Process materials and components for production Follow operating procedures and work instructions Meet assigned production work requirements Troubleshoot production problems Produce products in accordance with
ISO 9001
2015 procedures Identify defective parts, component orientation errors, missing components, and wrong part insertion Maintain organized and clean work areas using 5S procedures Support cleanliness of plant areas, workstations, equipment, walkways, and break rooms Participate in continuous improvement projects Implement continuous improvement project actions Perform other duties as assigned
Pay:
