- Julian Woods LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Woodworking Production Worker to perform cabinet manufacturing and assembly tasks. This role is responsible for operating tools, following specifications, and ensuring high-quality production output.
Pay:
\$20- \$28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely (saws, sanders, drills, nail and staple guns, etc.)
- Assemble kitchen cabinets and components according to specifications
- Read and follow work orders, measurements, and production instructions
- Perform cutting, sanding, and finishing tasks as required
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
- Identify and report defects or production issues
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and organized condition
- Follow all company safety procedures and use provided PPE
- Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic math and measuring skills (ability to read a tape measure).
- Experience with woodworking tools or manufacturing preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
- Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to communicate in English is required.
Preferred:
(Not Required)- Experience in cabinet manufacturing or woodworking.
- Familiarity with production processes and tools.
