  • Julian Woods LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Woodworking Production Worker to perform cabinet manufacturing and assembly tasks. This role is responsible for operating tools, following specifications, and ensuring high-quality production output.
  • Pay:
    \$20
  • \$28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
Job Responsibilities:
  • Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely (saws, sanders, drills, nail and staple guns, etc.)
  • Assemble kitchen cabinets and components according to specifications
  • Read and follow work orders, measurements, and production instructions
  • Perform cutting, sanding, and finishing tasks as required
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
  • Identify and report defects or production issues
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and organized condition
  • Follow all company safety procedures and use provided PPE
  • Work with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic math and measuring skills (ability to read a tape measure).
  • Experience with woodworking tools or manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
  • Physically able to stand, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to communicate in English is required.
Preferred:

  • Experience in cabinet manufacturing or woodworking.
  • Familiarity with production processes and tools.
