We are seeking a dependable General Production Worker to support manufacturing operations, including material handling, powder coating, shot-blast preparation, quality checks, and packaging. This role involves working with production equipment, measuring parts, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with powder coating and shot-blast operations. Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area. Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. Operate hand tools and assist machine operators. Package finished products for storage or shipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

Recent manufacturing or production experience required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Experience using basic hand tools and measuring instruments preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable attendance and ability to follow instructions.

Work Environment:

Industrial manufacturing facility. Requires standing, lifting, and material handling throughout the shift. Exposure to powder coating, shot-blast, and general production processes.

Starting pay:

$20/hour . Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
