Job Description

Job Summary Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to join a leading medical device manufacturer. In this role, you will help produce high-quality, single-use surgical products in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing products that support patient care worldwide. Responsibilities Assemble, inspect, and package medical device components according to company procedures. Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards. Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently. Keep the work area clean and organized while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Comply with all safety, quality, and company policies. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or packaging experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting (up to 25 lbs.). Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Work Environment Fast-paced production environment. Personal protective equipment (PPE) provided and required.
