Position Summary The Production Associate will be responsible for assembling goods and monitoring the process to effectively meet production goals to deliver product to our customers. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is self-driven, adaptable, and detail oriented. Principal Duties & Responsibilities Monitor the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment Assemble and prepare goods for shipping Observe and remove faulty product parts from assembly line Maintain proper storage for material and product inventory Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment Keep both a clean workstation and production floor Report any issues to supervisor Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Familiar with safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements Comfortable using various systems to complete daily tasks Self-motivated and results oriented Ability to collaborate cross-functionally. Ability to communicate and escalate issues quickly and effectively to manager or supervisor. Ability to uphold safety standards, participate in continuous process improvement on the job, and follow best practices. Able to work both individually and as a team Willingness to take direction as needed and the drive to jump into tasks every day with a good attitude! Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing environment Ability to lift 60 lbs.
