You will work directly with our cutting team handling fabric rolls, staging materials for production, and making sure the right goods get to the right place at the right time. This is a physical, fast-paced job in a manufacturing environment. No apparel experience is required — we will train the right person. What matters most is that you show up, work hard, and pay attention to detail. What You'll Do Move, stage, and organize rolls of fabric for upcoming cutting jobs Load and unload fabric rolls from racks, carts, and cutting tables Label, track, and store fabric rolls so material can be located quickly and accurately Support the cutting team with spreading, bundling, ticketing, and moving cut goods to the next stage of production Expedite materials and work-in-process between departments across the factory floor Record roll counts, yardage, and job information accurately in our system Keep the cutting area and material storage areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with receiving, inventory counts, and general factory support as needed What We're Looking For Basic math and reading comprehension; able to read work orders, measure yardage, and count accurately Able to lift up to 50 lbs (fabric rolls) and stand, walk, bend, and reach for the full shift Basic computer skills — comfortable entering data and following simple on-screen instructions Reliable and consistent attendance Organized and detail-oriented, particularly with tracking and storing materials English and Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or apparel experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Regularly lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs; standing and walking for extended periods; bending, reaching overhead, and pushing/pulling loaded carts. Work is performed in a factory environment with typical manufacturing noise and temperature variation.
