Job Summary The Production Control Clerk (PCC) provides administrative and dispatch support for Operations & Maintenance services at a large government building. This role manages work orders, coordinates service calls, supports technicians, and serves as a key communication link between the client, field staff, and home office. Key Responsibilities Create, assign, and track maintenance work orders Dispatch service calls to maintenance personnel Enter and manage work orders and inventory in Maximo (CMMS) Monitor job status to ensure timely completion Communicate updates to technicians, management, and clients Maintain inventory levels and reorder parts and supplies Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery Assist with improving and documenting maintenance procedures Support training on updated procedures as needed Requirements High school diploma or GED Experience with Maximo CMMS (required) 3+ years of experience in facilities management, service dispatching, or similar role Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong customer service and problem-solving skills U.S. Citizen or approved registered alien SDAC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
