What You'll Do Perform threading operations on materials and components according to specifications. Use hand threading tools and equipment to complete production tasks. Follow work instructions, measurements, and production requirements. Inspect threaded products for quality, accuracy, and consistency. Identify defects or irregularities and report concerns as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all workplace safety procedures. Work with team members to meet production goals. What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred. Experience with hand tools, threading equipment, or industrial machinery is a plus. Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Ability to follow instructions and meet quality standards.
