About the Role Supports day-to-day production operations activities, including monitoring, reporting, and basic troubleshooting. Progression from entry-level to lead involves increasing responsibility for process execution and mentoring What You Will Be Doing
- Monitor daily production workflows to support operational targets and service level commitments
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues while escalating complex concerns as needed
- Operate warehouse equipment and production tools in accordance with safety and operational standards
- Coordinate inventory movement, material handling, order fulfillment, and production support activities
- Track operational metrics and recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and quality
- Perform quality control checks to ensure compliance with established procedures and standards
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and support teams to resolve workflow disruptions
- Maintain accurate inventory records, production documentation, and operational reports
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and operational performance
- Assist with onboarding and training team members on processes, procedures, and best practices Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting production, warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or operations environments
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve operational issues using established processes and procedures
- Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts, order pickers, or pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and operational accuracy
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams
- Proficiency using inventory, operational, or reporting systems along with standard business applications
- High school diploma, GED, or skills-based equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting process improvement or operational excellence initiatives
- Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, fulfillment, or logistics operations
- Experience using operational performance metrics to drive efficiency and quality improvements
- Equipment certifications relevant to warehouse or production operations
