The role emphasizes data‑driven decision‑making, reporting, and coordination of action items rather than direct production hands‑on work. The incumbent partners with product owners, engineering, quality, and operations to ensure product‑level visibility, alignment, and continuous improvement. As the Manufacturing Support Team Member your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Data & Reporting Pull and consolidate data from ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems to generate meaningful production and product performance dashboards. Produce and distribute weekly status reports that summarize key metrics, trends, and issues for product stakeholders. Maintain and update central repositories of product‑related data, ensuring accuracy and timely availability. Action‑Item Management Track, prioritize, and follow up on action items identified in product‑review meetings, root‑cause analyses, and cross‑functional workshops. Use project‑tracking tools to monitor progress and notify owners of upcoming deadlines or escalations. Serve as a liaison between product management, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to clarify requirements, align timelines, and facilitate issue resolution. Participate in product planning and roadmap discussions, providing operational insights and data‑backed recommendations. Identify opportunities for process enhancements that increase product reliability, reduce lead times, or improve data fidelity. Document standard operating procedures, reporting templates, and best‑practice guidelines for product‑focused activities. Prepare concise briefing materials and presentations for senior leadership, highlighting product performance, risk areas, and recommended actions. Provide training or guidance to peers on using reporting tools and interpreting product‑level data. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of related experience Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance Desired Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience in PO and vendor management systems
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
