Job Description
Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through product release. Drive cross-functional teams to deliver critical engineering programs. About Our Client Our client is a leading technology manufacturer supporting highly advanced industrial and engineering applications. The organization is recognized for developing sophisticated equipment and solutions that require close collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, operations, and product development teams. Job Description esponsibilities : Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through product release and post-launch support. Coordinate activities across Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Firmware, Systems, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and Supply Chain teams. Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and technical risks. Facilitate requirements reviews, design reviews, verification readiness reviews, and other technical governance activities. Drive action item closure, issue resolution, and cross-functional decision making. Support risk management initiatives, FMEA activities, and engineering change management processes. Monitor project performance and implement recovery plans when schedule or technical risks arise. Provide regular status updates to engineering leadership and stakeholders. Support manufacturing release activities, product introductions, sustaining engineering efforts, and product enhancements. Help remove organizational barriers and ensure teams remain focused on achieving project objectives.
