Job Title:

Production Worker Job Description We are currently hiring general production workers for our overnight shift. We seek individuals who are passionate about working in a manufacturing environment and eager to enhance their skills. You will be assigned a trainer to guide you through our manufacturing processes and provide regular check-ins to ensure your progress. Responsibilities Conduct consistent inspections throughout the day. Enter data into a computer system. Ensure the production line runs smoothly. Partner with a Technician for line setup and product changeovers. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, especially during downtime. Relieve colleagues during break times. Essential Skills Good job tenure with a stable work history. Ambitious and willing to learn. Understanding of reading a ruler and basic math skills. Ability to pass a ruler test. Experience in assembly, machine operation, inspection, and machine operating. Proficiency in using micrometers, computer skills, and calipers. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced setting. Experience using micrometers and calipers. Experience in a manufacturing environment. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
