As a Machine Operator Trainee
  • Pharmaceutical, Production, Packaging, Manufacturing you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing or packaging process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
You will operate state-of-the-art machinery, execute meticulous procedures, and contribute to the production of life-saving medications.
What You'll Do:
Operate Specialized Packaging or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Equipment
  • Operate pharmaceutical machinery efficiently while ensuring quality standards and minimizing product rejection.

GMP and SOP Standards:
Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure line clearance, accurate status and clean machinery between batches. Execute Changeovers & Cleaning Support Preventative Maintenance of the
Machines Verify Equipment & Environment :
Perform calibrations, pressure checks, and line clearances before initiating runs.
Ensure Accurate Documentation:
document and sign off at all stages of the operations process and complete all paperwork with precision in
English Maintain Safety & Compliance :
Wear proper PPE, follow safety protocols, and handle equipment as per training and manuals.
Collaborate & Contribute :
Work independently and with your team to meet production goals and continuously improve operations.
Requirements:
High School Diploma (or educational equivalent (i.e. GED) Current experience working in a pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic or other cGMP environment Must have experience working with packaging or manufacturing machinery . Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in English . Must have legible handwriting, and the ability to perform accurate documentation in English. Capable of conducting troubleshooting, investigations and root cause identification and analysis on packaging machines. Ability to follow SOPs and cGMP requirements Must be able to work on-site daily (no remote work available) Must be authorized to work permanently in the US without
