Environment•First Shift Job Title Manufacturing & Packaging Operator Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing & Packaging Operator with experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, nutraceutical, or food manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience following current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch record documentation, machine operation, packaging, labeling, inspection, and maintaining production quality standards. Key Responsibilities Operate manufacturing, packaging, coating, compression, encapsulation, and labeling equipment according to SOPs and cGMP regulations Perform packaging and production activities in clean room or controlled manufacturing environments Complete batch records, production logs, and documentation accurately and in compliance with FDA regulations Inspect products for quality, defects, labeling accuracy, and packaging compliance Follow all safety procedures, GMP guidelines, and company policies during production operations Set up, clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment and work areas Monitor machine performance and report mechanical or quality issues to supervisors Ensure proper material handling, line clearance, and reconciliation procedures are followed Assist in changeovers, troubleshooting, and maintaining production efficiency Support warehouse, packaging, and shipping activities when required Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, medical device, food manufacturing, or packaging operations preferred Strong knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, FDA regulations, and documentation practices Experience with batch record documentation and quality procedures Ability to work in fast-paced manufacturing and packaging environments Basic mechanical aptitude and machine operation experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Preferred Skills Experience working in clean room environments Knowledge of compression, coating, encapsulation, blister packaging, or sterile packaging processes Familiarity with quality control inspections and production line operations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Environment Pharmaceutical, medical device, nutraceutical, or food manufacturing facility Clean room and production floor environment PPE and GMP compliance required at all times
Pay:
$20.00•$22.00 per hour
