Production Manager / Plant Manager About the Role We are currently looking for driven Production Supervisors to manage manufacturing workflows across all three shifts in Fall River. Your primary focus will be guiding production staff, upholding rigorous safety and efficiency standards, hitting output goals, and ensuring every product meets our quality benchmarks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who excels in fast-paced environments, bringing strong communication, problem-solving, and team-coordination skills to the floor. Core Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and inspire production personnel during your designated shift. Help drive team success by coordinating daily operations to hit all safety, quality, and output benchmarks. Oversee production timelines to guarantee that all client orders are fulfilled promptly. Manage workstation assignments and modify staffing levels to align with fluctuating production demands. Track staff attendance, evaluate individual performance, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. Foster a culture of safety by ensuring all team members strictly adhere to OSHA guidelines and internal protocols. Maintain a tidy, orderly, and secure production environment for all staff. Oversee product quality and collaborate with the Quality Control team to resolve any discrepancies. Boost overall productivity by identifying bottlenecks, reducing downtime, and applying effective solutions. Partner with the Maintenance department to keep equipment running smoothly and minimize operational interruptions. Prepare and submit all necessary shift logs, production reports, and related documentation. Facilitate daily briefings to align the team on production priorities and expectations. Ensure that all tools and machinery are utilized correctly and receive proper maintenance. Support the growth of the team by assisting with onboarding, training, and performance reviews. Analyze production challenges to propose and implement process improvements. Facilitate smooth transitions between shifts through clear communication with fellow supervisors and management. Keep precise records of material usage and inventory levels as needed. Cultivate a collaborative, accountable, and improvement-focused culture across the production floor. Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role is preferred. Demonstrated history of managing a production team. Comprehensive understanding of standard manufacturing workflows and procedures. Proficiency in interpreting production schedules, technical instructions, and safety protocols. Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities. Proven capacity for effective decision-making and problem-solving. Comfortable operating within a high-speed manufacturing setting. Basic technical skills for managing digital or paper-based production documentation. Capable of working autonomously to uphold production standards while making critical decisions. Fluency in both English and Spanish is considered an asset. High school diploma or GED is required; additional technical or manufacturing certifications are a plus. Shift Availability 1st
