Job Description

Shift Available Overview :
Join a leading producer of high-quality, ready-to-eat meals, soups, and sauces in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our production team as Palletizers. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately stacking finished products onto pallets to ensure they are ready for shipment and distribution.
Key Responsibilities :
Safely and efficiently stack finished products (such as soups, sauces, and meals) onto pallets according to company specifications. Ensure that the pallets are organized and properly wrapped to prevent damage during transportation. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation protocols. Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. Monitor product quality and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor. Operate palletizing equipment as needed, ensuring safe use and proper maintenance. Assist with other warehouse and production tasks as required. Adhere to all safety standards and company policies at all times.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is a plus, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift depending on availability.
