Job Description
We are currently looking for some Racking, Assembly, and Machine Operator candidates to add to our teams! These are Monday - Friday positions on the first shift and no experience is required - we provide training (candidates who are mechanically inclined are preferred for Machine Operator role). The ideal candidate must be able to read and communicate in English, lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, stand throughout an entire shift, and have the ability to communicate effectively to supervisors and co-workers in a fast-paced production environment. Assembly responsibilities - meet quality standards by inspecting parts during production and assembly to ensure they are correct. Maintain a minimum productivity rating and meeting output requirements for assigned work areas. Complete all job-related paperwork and production step functions. Machine Operator responsibilities - set up, operate, and troubleshoot machines. Accurately record downtime, scrap, and yield calculations. Maintain and perform routine preventative maintenance on all equipment. Maintain a minimum productivity rating and meeting output requirements for assigned work areas. Complete all job-related paperwork and production step functions. Racking responsibilities - racking small metal parts and components onto boards as well as supporting the production team in the metal polishing process. •This position does involve working with and around chemicals. Other duties may be assigned based on business conditions.
