Job Description

Overview We are seeking Assembler and Production Workers on both first and second shifts. This role offers opportunity to work hands-on with manufacturing equipment, assemble components, and contribute to the efficient operation of our production line. If you enjoy working with your hands, and have a passion for manufacturing, this position is perfect for you! Responsibilities Assemble products and components accurately on the production line using hand tools and power tools Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure product consistency and excellence Conduct routine inspections of equipment and assembled items to identify defects or issues Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency Assist in loading and unloading materials from warehouse areas using appropriate equipment Support continuous improvement initiatives by adhering to safety protocols and suggesting process enhancements Skills Prior experience in factory or manufacturing environments is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge to understand assembly processes and troubleshoot basic issues, able to read blueprints and schematics. Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools Familiarity with assembly lines, warehouse procedures, and manufacturing safety standards Any experience with wiring harnessing or electrical components is a PLUS!
