About the Role As a Semiconductor Equipment Assembler, you will play a vital role in the production of high-tech machinery that powers modern electronics. You will leverage your technical aptitude to build complex electro-mechanical systems, ensuring that every unit meets rigorous quality and performance standards. Responsibilities Assemble intricate mechanical and electrical subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and specialized fixtures. Interpret complex blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to guide the construction and repair of vacuum and pneumatic systems. Perform critical testing and troubleshooting on finished assemblies using electronic measurement equipment and leak detectors. Maintain accurate production records and labor data through internal computer systems. Conduct thorough quality audits on parts and components to identify defects before integration. Collaborate with engineering teams to refine assembly processes and improve overall equipment reliability. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to ensure a secure environment. Qualifications Required Skills 1-2 years of experience in a technical manufacturing or assembly environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and blueprints. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate power tools and precision equipment. Basic computer literacy for data entry and software interaction. Preferred Skills Prior experience with vacuum systems or pneumatic assembly. Demonstrated ability in equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Experience working in a cleanroom or high-precision industrial setting.
