In this hands-on role, you'll contribute directly to quality products while learning valuable manufacturing skills in a clean, organized setting. What You'll Do Support the fabrication and finishing of specialized plastic products Operate production equipment safely (training provided) Perform detailed visual inspections to ensure quality standards Measure materials using rulers and basic tools Accurately track production and inspection data Maintain cleanroom standards and a tidy workspace Work closely with a small team to meet daily production goals What You Bring Experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor—or willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for most of the shift Dependable, team-oriented attitude Ability to follow processes and safety guidelines Why Work Here?
