Job Description
Embroidery Digitizing & Graphic Specialist | $25/hr | 1st Shift Do you have an eye for detail and know how artwork should translate into a clean stitch-out? We're looking for an experienced Embroidery Digitizing & Graphic Specialist to join the team onsite at Acushnet. This is a hands-on role where you'll take customer artwork and turn it into production-ready files across embroidery, laser etching, and heat transfer.

Pay:
$25/hour What you'll be doing: Digitizing and preparing artwork for embroidery, laser etching (DXF), and heat transfer Editing and refining customer files to ensure clean, production-ready results Creating proofs and supporting the pre-production approval process Partnering closely with Customer Service, QA, and production teams Assisting with custom projects like Special Makeup Units (SMUs) Keeping files organized (stitch-outs, logos, approvals, etc.) What we're looking for: Experience in embroidery digitizing, graphic design, or similar Strong skills in digitizing software + Adobe Illustrator Wilcom and Barudan experience is a big plus, but not required Someone who is detail-oriented and takes pride in their work Able to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality Why this role is worth a look: Steady $25/hour with a consistent 1st shift schedule Blend of creative and technical work- not repetitive production Work directly on products you'll see come to life Supportive team environment with strong collaboration If you've worked in digitizing or design and are looking for a stable role where your experience is actually used day-to-day, this is a great opportunity to step in and make an impact.
