Robert Half's Marketing & Creative client is seeking a Production Designer for a leave coverage. This is a 40-hour-per-week, fully onsite role running from October through mid-April. Candidates must be comfortable working onsite Monday through Friday. Our client develops product sampling and marketing materials for customers within the building products industry and is seeking a detail-oriented Production Designer to support a busy creative and production team. This role will focus on the execution and preparation of print and production-ready materials, ensuring projects are completed accurately, on time, and in alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and update a variety of printed marketing and sales support materials.

Create production-ready layouts based on provided creative direction, content, and project specifications.

Prepare artwork and files for print production across multiple formats and applications.

Collaborate with internal teams to review projects, incorporate feedback, and support approval processes.

Assist with production workflows, file organization, and project coordination activities.

Ensure design files meet quality standards and production requirements.

Support color consistency and accuracy across print and production materials.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Provide additional production and marketing support as needed.
