This is an ideal role for a candidate with a background in carpentry, joinery, or timber frame assembly to join a forward-thinking and expanding company during a period of continued growth.

What you can expect:

Pay rate: £12.71ph

• £14ph, depending on experience 8am
• 4:30pm, Monday
• Friday (30-minute unpaid break), 40 hours per week Overtime and performance bonuses Career development, training, and promotion opportunities 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Free on-site parking What we are looking for: Assemble and manufacture timber frames in a fast-paced environment Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools Follow technical drawings and adhere to quality control processes Meet production targets while maintaining high safety standards Ensure raw materials stored outside are properly covered Support scheduling and workshop preparation Keep workspaces clean and organised What we are looking for: Experience in carpentry, joinery, or timber assembly (preferred but not essential) Team player with the ability to meet deadlines Strong attention to detail H&S awareness Willingness to learn and develop skills Forklift or sideloader experience (preferred but not essential) Ability to reliably commute to Leominster Full right to work in the UK
