Job Description

Location:
Milbury, MA Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00
PM Pay Rate:
$17.00/hour Noor Staffing Group is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Manufacturing Associate for a 1st shift opportunity. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can work independently, and is comfortable performing physically demanding tasks throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently Unpack incoming materials and prepare products for production Pack finished products for shipment Assist with building foundations and other manufacturing-related tasks Maintain an organized and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines Support other departments as needed
Requirements:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable performing frequent heavy lifting throughout the shift Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience is preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
