Heat Seal Press Operator 1 (2nd Shift Hours)

JOB SUMMARY

The Heat Seal Press Operator level 1 is responsible for transferring heat applied decorations to product while maintaining a high level of quality and production.

SCHEDULE

3:30 pm•12:00 am Monday•Friday with Overtime (during the week) as required.

COMPENSATION

: The hourly pay range reflects the actual compensation that Ahead, LLC; the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. The final offer will be determined by a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. $17.00•$20.00 per hour

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Meet and exceed production standards. Meet and exceed quality standards. Verifying products and components are correct for order. Prepare products for production. Prepare heat press for production. Ensure excellent quality for decorations/products produced.

Ability to read instructions in English. Possess a positive attitude. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to solve problems. Ability to multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must possess initiative, energy, and drive. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to perform quality control. Ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers and management. Additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED. Manufacturing experience preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to move around the facility. Ability to move, reach, kneel and crouch. Ability to use hands, fingers, and arms to touch, handle, pinch, or grasp. Ability to lift 50 pounds. Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Exposure to moderate noise level.

VISION REQUIREMENT

Close vision Color vision Ability to adjust focus.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT

Closed toe footwear is required when entering the Production Floor.
