This position reports to the Resource Planning Manager and is primarily responsible for administrative support of the Production team. Update and maintain the production schedule daily for field crews to ensure customer service requirements and committed timelines are being met, and production capacity is being optimized. Maintain a daily schedule that the Production Management Team will execute, including daily tracking of progress, delays, permitting, and other important project details. Work closely with Production Team and field teams to document, plan, forecast production activities as well as provide stellar customer service to our clients, trade partners, and all other stakeholders. Must Haves Fluent in use of technology smartphones, laptops, iPads, Google Suite, other software Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Fluent in English Able to lift up to 75lbs to assist with managing incoming/outgoing deliveries Valid Driver's License Required to be in the office located in Auburndale, MA, daily (remote not available) Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned Daily phone/email communications with Production team, Field crews, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to confirm/change appointments, ensure the highest customer service experience and delivery of commitments in a timely, profitable manner Assist the Production Team to effectively organize, plan, document production activities, including daily project logs, researching selections/fixtures, draft change orders/purchase orders, dumpster/portable restroom deliveries, and create physical and digital project specs/documentation Assemble and maintain accurate digital and print files for all jobs accepted into Production for distribution to field crew chiefs, including all job specs, site details, and material requirements Tracking and receipt of deliveries to the on-site warehouse, managing returns, and outbound deliveries Jobsite visits when needed to assist members of the Production Team Light office duties as required Education and/or

Compensation:
$45,000•$55,000 Salary Commensurate with hours worked and previous experience
