Are you looking for reliable, steady work with a consistent schedule you can count on? Whole Life Pet is hiring full-time Production Associates to join our bagging and fulfillment team in Pittsfield. This position offers regular Monday through Friday hours — 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. — so you can enjoy your evenings and weekends off. Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associates to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and production of our products, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the manufacturing process. This position requires individuals who are committed to safety and teamwork, with a focus on achieving production goals. Responsibilities Work on assembly line to produce high-quality products. Perform assembly tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards. Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow and meet production targets. Assist with the setup and changeover of product production as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to safety and FDA regulations. Skills Previous factory or warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding the manufacturing environment. Familiarity with assembly line processes and best practices in manufacturing. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining individual accountability. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
