About the Role We are looking for a Production Floater / Utility Operator —a key role on our production floor responsible for supporting multiple departments and stepping in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly. This role requires someone who is dependable, flexible, and comfortable taking on different responsibilities throughout the day. It's best suited for individuals who prefer variety over routine This is not a typical, stationary production role. This position is ideal for someone who: Enjoys variety in their workday Learns quickly and adapts easily Stays calm under pressure Takes pride in helping the team succeed You will be trained across multiple departments and will move between roles based on daily production needs. What You'll Do Work across multiple production areas, including: Bagging and packaging Case packing Shipping and order fulfillment Freeze drying support Treat production Cleaning and sanitation Step into roles as needed to cover callouts, staffing gaps, or production bottlenecks Help maintain production flow and efficiency across the facility Assist with training new team members when needed Follow all safety, quality, and food handling procedures What We're Looking For Reliable and consistent attendance (this role is critical to daily operations) Ability to learn multiple tasks and switch between them easily Strong work ethic and positive attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment Team-first mindset—willing to go where needed each day Previous production or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Why This Role is Different This is a higher-responsibility role on our team.
