Responsibilities for a Senior Manufacturing Associate include but are not limited to: Provide guidance and daily support to manufacturing technicians while driving production operations in a GMP environment Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned unit operations, including sampling, analysis, and troubleshooting of batch processes Review, revise, and author batch records, SOPs, and other controlled documentation to ensure GMPpliance Support equipment troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives including Practical Process Improvement (PPI) efforts Mentor and coach junior staff while participating in performance huddles and production planning activities Candidates for Senior Manufacturing Associate must meet the following requirements to be considered: High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, lab, or related field Strong understanding of GMP regulations and biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes Proven ability to mentor others and work independently in a regulated environment What's in this Senior Manufacturing Associate position for you?

Shift:

Pay Details:
