Production Worker | Utility Worker Southbridge,MA Are you ready to be a vital part of a dynamic production team? Our client is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Production Workers | Utility Workers. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of production processes and maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities of the Production Worker | Utility Worker Perform a combination of production tasks including loading machinery and positioning work. Set up jobs and adjust and operate machinery efficiently. Observe machine processing to ensure proper functioning and quality production of parts or products. Load and unload materials, parts, or products, and deliver them to designated work areas. Pack products and load packaging machinery as needed. Clean surfaces of machines and work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment. Execute any other duties as assigned by the team. Requirements of the Production Worker | Utility Worker Proficient computer skills to manage production tasks. Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team. Excellent multitasking skills to handle various production responsibilities. Compliance with quality standards and production priorities is essential. Prior machining experience is preferred. Must be able to speak, read, and write in English. Previous manufacturing experience and a high school education or equivalent are preferred. Physical ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs. Must adhere to all PPE requirements and OSHA standards.
