Production Line Operator - Gummy Confections Manufacturing

We are a rapidly growing company looking to add new production associates to our team. We are urgently hiring to keep up with expansion plans! A suitable candidate will be a self-starter, quick to learn, works efficiently and effectively once taught, works well with a team or as one, is conscientious about cleanliness, and can lift approximately 30 pounds. The candidate also needs to be comfortable and committed to being on their feet for up to 8 hours per day. We prefer an individual with good mathematical skills and most importantly the ability to follow directions as well as taking your job responsibilities very seriously. Your tasks will entail using production machinery, measuring and weighing ingredients, labeling and packaging products, following SOPs, following our GMP protocols, and some daily cleaning. A suitable candidate will bring a good attitude and work ethic each and every day, be open to fulfilling job responsibilities and duties that are asked of them from managers (even if they are not included in the job description), and work hard to ensure the success of the company. We require a high school diploma, work authorization, and an eagerness to learn and strive to be the best at what you do. All candidates should speak English. Serious inquiries only please.
