Production & Operations Lead Growth Opportunity | Specialized Printing & Manufacturing About The Label Group The Label Group is a second-generation company built on integrity, craftsmanship, hard work, and excellent customer service. We provide specialized screen printing and digital printing solutions with a reputation for quality, responsiveness, and attention to detail. Our work ranges from one-off custom projects to supporting major companies and organizations including logistics providers, manufacturing companies, contractors, trucking companies, healthcare organizations, waste management companies, and many others. The Role We are seeking a versatile and dependable Production & Operations Assistant to learn and support multiple aspects of the business.
This role includes:
Learning screen printing and digital printing processes Assisting with artwork preparation and customer specifications Setting up screens, printers, and production equipment Operating and troubleshooting production machinery Maintaining equipment and facility organization Packaging, shipping, and deliveries Helping ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of orders Supporting daily manufacturing and operational needs This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, consistency, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn many areas of the business. Over time, the right individual may grow from assistant-level responsibilities into a foreman or leadership role within the company. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry manufacturing materials and production items throughout the facility Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods of time Ability to work with hands, tools, equipment, and machinery daily Mechanically inclined and comfortable learning production equipment Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to assist with loading, unloading, shipping, and material movement as needed Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
