General Production Worker

Job Title:

General Packer Job Description As a General Packer, you will work at the end of each production line and be the last person to handle the product before it is shipped to customers. This role involves ensuring product quality and accuracy before packaging. Responsibilities Remove products from the end of the line. Perform visual quality inspections. Measure certain products for length, width, and dexterity. Enter simple data into the computer system. Pack boxes with products for shipment. Essential Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Initiative to manage tasks during slower periods. Proficiency in reading and writing English. Capability to lift 50 lbs unassisted. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a production or general labor role is preferred. Ability to adhere to a set schedule and maintain consistent employment. Why Work Here? Work Environment The production environment includes 20 lines, each with a dedicated packer. The facility is not temperature-controlled, meaning it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.20 - $17.85/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
