  • 7:30 AM) Temp-to-Hire Opportunity We are currently hiring a Miller / Compounder for a leading manufacturing company in Taunton, MA.
This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, machine operation, production, compounding, mixing, or material handling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate mixing, compounding, milling, and screening equipment. Measure and blend raw materials according to production formulas. Monitor machinery and production processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Troubleshoot minor equipment and process issues. Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance. Record production data and complete required documentation. Collect and label samples for QA/QC testing. Follow all workplace safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or production experience required. Experience operating industrial equipment preferred. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions. Why Apply? Competitive pay plus shift differential.
