Senior Manufacturing Associate-Cell Therapy

Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Sr. Manufacturing Associate to join our dynamic team focused on the production of T cell and TCR-engineered therapies. This role is perfect for individuals with strong GMP experience, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to quality and safety in a cleanroom environment. Responsibilities Operate production equipment and perform processing steps in compliance with GMP standards. Accurately complete production documentation and batch records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area. Stock and manage supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain operational efficiency. Support or lead Commissioning and Validation activities. Assist in the creation and revision of manufacturing documentation. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Perform other duties as needed and assigned to support team and company goals. Other duties as assigned. Essential Skills Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field required. 5+ years of experience in cleanroom or GMP manufacturing environments. Hands-on knowledge of T cell therapy and TCR-engineered cell therapies, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience. Experience with both upstream and downstream manufacturing. Strong understanding of GMP, batch record review, and biologics production. Experience with controlled document creation and review. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Ability to lift and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Extensive walking throughout the facility will be required. Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Ability to perform required tasks in a fully compliant manner after safety training.

Schedule:

100% on Mon-Fri 8am-5pm- some weekend work as needed due to production schedule Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Waltham, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $46.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
