We build custom closets, cabinetry, and home organization systems , and we're looking for reliable, hands-on individuals who take pride in quality work. If you have experience with hand tools, woodworking, assembly, or manufacturing , this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a stable, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Assemble closet components including drawers, doors, and shelving systems Operate hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Measure, cut, and prepare wood and laminate materials Read and follow work orders and production specs Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy Package and stage completed orders for installation Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training available if needed) Maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment Occasionally assist with local deliveries Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, woodworking, carpentry, or assembly preferred Comfortable using hand tools and power tools Ability to read a tape measure and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check Why Work Here?
