We hire entry-level employees into a variety of manufacturing roles, including CNC machining, additive manufacturing (3D printing), assembly, and quality inspection. No manufacturing experience? That's okay. If you have a strong work ethic, enjoy learning, and take pride in doing quality work, we'll provide the training to help you succeed. What You'll Do Depending on the position, you may: Operate CNC machines, additive manufacturing equipment, or other production machinery. Assemble precision components and finished products. Inspect parts using precision measuring tools and visual inspection techniques. Support material handling, post-processing, packaging, and other production activities.
Every team member will:
Follow work instructions, blueprints, and manufacturing documentation. Record production, quality, and time-tracking information in our ERP system. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work collaboratively with teammates to meet quality, delivery, and production goals. Participate in training and continuously develop new manufacturing skills. Follow all company safety and quality procedures. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience is a plus but not required. Manufacturing, vocational, or technical training is helpful but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday. Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds with or without assistance. Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to work in a manufacturing environment. Why Apply?
