Job Description

Overview We're seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer / Print Production Specialist combining artistic talent with technical expertise. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind innovative branding, captivating print and digital media, and seamless production workflows. In this role, you'll: Create original graphics for a variety of print applications. Prepare production-ready files using industry best practices. Operate large-format printing and finishing equipment. Monitor print quality, color consistency, and final output. Troubleshoot files and production issues before they become problems. Assist with finishing, trimming, mounting, laminating, and packaging as needed. Help maintain an organized and efficient production environment. We're looking for someone who has: Mid-level experience in graphic design and commercial print production. Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience working with large-format printers and production equipment is a plus but we are willing to train the right candidate. Knowledge of print specifications, bleed, resolution, color management, and file preparation. A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new equipment and techniques.
