Food Manufacturing Associate Location:
Belcamp, MD Pay Rate:

Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions Basic math and counting skills required Commitment to food safety, GMP compliance, and workplace safety standards Experience Requirements Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or production environments preferred Entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality Ability to complete production and quality documentation accurately Experience following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is a plus Physical Capabilities Ability to stand and work for 8-12 hour shifts Regular lifting of 25-50 pounds Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive movements Ability to work in varying temperatures, including refrigerated, humid, or warm production areas Ability to wear required PPE, including hair nets, gloves, safety glasses, and other protective equipment Job Duties Operate food production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently Package, label, and palletize finished products according to specifications Inspect products to ensure quality, accuracy, and food safety compliance Follow GMP, sanitation, hygiene, and food safety requirements Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting activities Monitor production lines and report equipment issues, downtime, or quality concerns Maintain accurate production, safety, and quality records Keep work areas clean, organized, and audit-ready at all times Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
