Job Description:
Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Associate is responsible for executing production operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This role supports the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products through strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manufacturing activities such as weighing, dispensing, compounding, filtration, filling, and packaging of pharmaceutical products Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment in accordance with SOPs Ensure all activities comply with cGMP, safety, and regulatory standards Accurately complete batch records, logbooks, and other documentation in real time Assist in equipment setup, cleaning, and changeover activities Identify and report deviations, non-conformances, and safety concerns promptly Participate in investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions (CAPA) Maintain cleanroom standards and follow aseptic techniques where applicable Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as
Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Engineering Required Skills & Competencies:
Knowledge of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs Basic understanding of cleanroom operations and aseptic practices (preferred) Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment
