We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production Technician to support manufacturing operations while maintaining the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety. Requirements:
Summary The Production Technician is responsible for executing manufacturing-related activities in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and applicable environmental health and safety guidelines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes, but not limited to: Operate, start up, and shut down CNPS equipment effectively Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately Maintain production areas in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements Participate in environmental, health, and safety programs Perform scheduled cleaning and sanitation of production areas Mix intermediates into finished product Follow pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and documentation requirements Support continuous improvement initiatives Other duties as assigned Education and/or Experience Requirements High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent required 1-3 years of related experience preferred Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is a plus Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered Hands-on attitude and willingness to learn required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Clear verbal and written communication abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong attention to detail and accuracy Experience with hand tools is a plus Dependable and committed to continuous improvement Physical Demands Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds Reasonable accommodations may be available Compensation $23-$25/hour, based on experience Consistent weekday schedule Stable full-time opportunity Growth potential within pharmaceutical manufacturing Ready to Apply?
