Join our team as a QA Specialist I/SQF Practitioner and play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality products every day. We are looking for a candidate to work 2nd shift.

Must have a keen eye for detail to identify discrepancies, errors, or defects in products, processes, or systems. This helps ensure that everything meets the required quality standards.
Problem-Solving Abilities :
The ability to diagnose issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions is essential for addressing quality problems efficiently and effectively.
Knowledge of Quality Standards and Regulations:
A strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and quality frameworks like ISO 9001, SQF, is critical for maintaining compliance and ensuring consistent quality.
Communication Skills :
Need to effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and corrective actions to team members, management, and external stakeholders. Clear, concise communication ensures everyone is on the same page when it comes to quality expectations.
Analytical and Data-Driven Decision Making:
Should be proficient in analyzing data from inspections, audits, or testing to identify trends and make informed decisions for continuous improvement.
