Monday - Friday (Rotating Shifts required; must be available every day of the assignment timeframe)

Position Type:

Full-Time Temporary / Contract Role Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Production Operator to assist our manufacturing team with a high-volume material transfer project. This role is highly physical and requires working in a single station for most of the day, manually transferring batch materials while strictly following safety and quality guidelines. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for an individual with a strong work ethic to gain experience in a regulated manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities

Manual Material Transfer:

Repeatedly lift, handle, and transfer bulk materials from full 55 lb bags into empty 55 lb packaging, managing multiple bags per hour.

Stationary Production:

Spend the majority of the workday stationed at one specific processing location on the plant floor.

Compliance & SOPs:

Read, understand, and strictly follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for product handling and safety.

Documentation:

Complete required production logs and paperwork accurately. (Training will be provided on specificpany documentation practices).

Quality Standards:

Maintain clean and orderly work areas in alignment with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Team Collaboration:

Follow direct instructions from area supervisors and full-time plant operators.

Adaptability:

Perform other facility and production duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time andfortably handle continuous physical labor.

Heavy Lifting:

Must be physically able to repeatedly lift, carry, and maneuver bags weighing greater than 55 lbs throughout the shift.

Availability:

Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule andmit to working every day, Monday through Friday, for the duration of the project.

Communication Skills:

Strong readingprehension skills to follow written technical instructions and SOPs. Prior Knowledge (Preferred but Not Required): Familiarity with cGMP standards and industrial documentation practices is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Reliability:

Proven track record of strong attendance, punctuality, and a safety-first mindset.

Pay Details:
