Food Production Assistant Position Summary The food production assistant aides the cook/bakers in preparation of foods and portions and prepares salads, desserts and other items for service. Food Production Assistant Position Requirements Education High School Graduate or GED preferred Experience On the job training Food Production Assistant Work Schedule Hourly. Generally day shift between the hours of 6 AM to 6:30 PM. Rotating weekends. Expected to work overtime occasionally.
