Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic ice production team as a Production Worker and become a vital part of delivering high-quality ice that meet rigorous safety and quality standards. In this energetic role, you will be actively engaged in the manufacturing process, ensuring that every product meets industry regulations and company specifications. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help drive continuous improvement and uphold our commitment to food safety and excellence. Responsibilities Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with Food & Beverage production standards, including packaging, processing, and assembly lines. Follow strict FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety standards to ensure product integrity and compliance. Help monitor product quality including; bags not properly tied, foreign objects, yellow ice and any deviation from standards. Learn to start and stop the line when needed. Keep the area safe and report potential hazards to supervisor. Clean immediate work area and entire facility according to the Master Cleaning Schedule. Make and assume other duties and responsibilities required or assigned by management. Adhering to the Code of Business Ethics is essential. Qualifications Prior experience in food processing plant environments or manufacturing management is highly desirable. Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, food safety management, and quality standards in production is essential. Familiarity with SAP or other inventory management systems is a plus. Basic math skills for measurements, weight calculations, and data recording are required. Mechanical knowledge or experience with manufacturing equipment will be advantageous. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while adhering to safety standards in production. Strong communication skills for managing production or assembly teams effectively within a food industry setting.
