Panolam Surface Systems is seeking reliable, hard-working Second Shift Manufacturing Associates from 4pm-2am for our Auburn, ME facility. In this role, you will be a valuable part of our production team, ensuring our production schedule is met on time, while observing the highest standards of safety and quality. You will need to be reliable, punctual and able to perform physical tasks. No prior manufacturing experience required - all motivated, willing to learn individuals are encouraged to apply!

Production Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
Work on the production floor with consistent speed and accuracy. Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently. Follow all procedures, work instructions for all product types Must be able to identify materials, determine and verify quantities Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care Report any machinery issues to management Work cooperatively with the production team to meet goals Maintain a clean and safe work area Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management Follow all written and verbal instructions Attend all safety and production meetings Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends Must be available for overtime Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals Basic math, reading, and writing skills Basic computer skills Good communication skills Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching Reliable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Panolam offers a great benefit plan, which includes Medical, Dental, Life and 401(k)!
