As a Production Specialist, your role involves: Sorting, inspecting, and stocking donated items. Pricing items and putting them on the sales floor. Prioritize safety and follow Agency safety policies. Collaborate with supervisors to meet individual production goals.Minimum Qualifications:
Possess basic mathematical and literacy skills necessary for the job. Be open to working a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Successfully pass a criminal background check that meets Agency standards.Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience or certification in light manufacturing, processing, or warehouse work is a plus.
